Your asking price & timing
State your asking price and currency, your preferred timeframe and whether the apartment is vacant or occupied. Exact dates can be discussed.
Your connection to the property
Tell us whether you are the owner or an authorised representative. There is no need to send identity documents, bank details or complete ownership records in the first message.

Photograph each room and its connections. Use natural light where possible and include the kitchen, bathroom and balcony if there is one.
Include what needs work.
Add close-ups of damage or unfinished areas. Avoid filters, virtual staging or edits that hide the actual condition.
Keep personal details private.
Remove personal documents and private information from view. A floor plan can help explain the layout; do not attach identity or banking documents.

Does MKJ buy every apartment offered?
No. We review apartments individually and may decide not to proceed. Submitting a property does not guarantee a viewing, an offer or a completed purchase.
Do I need to renovate before contacting you?
No renovation is required simply to make an enquiry. Show the apartment in its current state. Any renovation decision is separate from the initial property review.
Can I offer an occupied apartment?
Tell us whether the apartment is occupied and what viewing or handover arrangements may be possible. Please do not include tenants’ personal details in your first message.
What documents should I send initially?
Start with property details and photographs. Do not send identity documents, bank details or complete ownership records through this form. Any necessary documentation can be discussed at the appropriate stage.
